Cancellation Policy

By submitting payment, client agrees to all terms of this legally binding agreement with Jeremiah Briggs, dba The Denver Balloon Guy™. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your date, no matter when or why you cancel. I can hold your date for up to 7 days or until another client requests it, at which point you get first right of refusal. Availability isn't guaranteed until the deposit is received. The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days before your event unless other arrangements are made with me directly, in advance. Events over 4 hours may incur processing fees unless paid by check. If paying by check, pay the deposit online first, then mail the balance to: The Denver Balloon Guy™ 16763 Tejon Ln., Broomfield, CO 80023 Cancellations must be in writing. Refunds: 14+ days out: deposit forfeited, rest refunded Within 14 days: 100% due Prefer to reschedule? A $50 fee applies your deposit to a new date, schedule permitting. Emergency cancellations considered case by case, including for long-time clients. If I cancel, you get a full refund plus reschedule/discount/referral offer. Checks must clear unless otherwise agreed; no post-dated or third-party checks. No weather refunds—please have an indoor backup. No outdoor performance below freezing unless heating is provided; shade/water required in extreme heat. Heaters/tents available for a fee. Force majeure (disaster, shutdown, violence) handled case by case. Reschedules must be confirmed with me first. Overtime billed at $75/hr in half-hour increments. Brief 5–10 min overruns may go uncharged at my discretion—courtesy, not guarantee. Contract enforceable under U.S. and Colorado law; applies to all successors and responsible parties.
