CANCELLATION POLICY

By submitting payment, client agrees to all terms of this legally binding agreement with Jeremiah Briggs, dba The Denver Balloon Guy™. A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required for all events. This holds the date for up to 7 days or until another client requests it, at which point the original client has first right of refusal. Quotes and availability are not guaranteed until payment is received. Full payment is due upfront unless otherwise arranged. Events over 4 hours may incur processing fees unless paid by check. The booking fee covers admin and prep, is part of the total, and is non-refundable under Colorado consumer protection laws. If paying by check, client must first pay the $50 fee online, then mail to: The Denver Balloon Guy™ 4472 E Bails Pl Denver, CO 80222 Cancellations must be submitted in writing by the booking contact. Refunds follow: 14+ days: only $50 kept 7–13 days: 25% due 3–6 days: 50% due Under 72 hours: 100% due No refunds for scheduling errors not caused by the artist. Emergency cancellations may be refunded or rescheduled at the artist’s discretion. If artist cancels, client receives 100% refund and may be offered reschedule, discount, or referral. Checks must clear unless otherwise agreed. No post-dated or third-party checks. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise in writing. No weather refunds. Client must provide indoor backup for wind, hail, lightning, flood, wildfire smoke, etc. No outdoor performance below freezing unless heating is provided. Shade and water are required in extreme heat. Artist can provide heaters or tents for an added fee. Force majeure (disaster, shutdown, violence) will be handled case by case. Rescheduling must be confirmed with artist to avoid conflict. Overtime may be allowed if schedule permits and is billed at $37.50 per 15 mins, rounded to nearest 15 mins. Brief overruns under 10 mins are not charged. By booking, client agrees this contract is enforceable under U.S. and Colorado law. Applies to all successors, representatives, and responsible parties.
