Looking to add some extra fun to your event? Combine character acting with stilt walking or balloon twisting for an unforgettable performance with Denver Balloon Guy. Customized characters will bring your event to life, creating an interactive and magical experience for everyone involved.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment is due up front, on receipt of this invoice. If invoice is not paid up front, and terms and conditions are not agreed to; Client's time-slot is NOT reserved, and may be taken by another potential Client. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds after event date. A service & administrative booking fee of $50 will be required for all events and is non-refundable under any circumstances. This covers Artist's office time & preparations, and is applicable to/part of the total price of the event. Client may cancel anytime up to 14 days before the event date. No charge beyond $50 booking fee will be assessed. All cancellations must be in writing. Any cancellations within 14 days of event date, will be required to pay 25% of total, events cancelled within 7 days of the event date will be required to pay 50% of the total. Events cancelled within 72 hours of event date must pay 100% of event total. This covers the fact that Artist has by this time turned down several other inquiries for Client's time slot. This includes any & all miscommunications, scheduling errors or clerical errors of any kind for which the Artist is not directly responsible that result in a failed or cancelled event. If Client's cancellation is due to an extreme act of God or public authority or death in the family, The Artist may at his discretion, decide to refund part or all of Client's fee. The Artist is allowed to cancel at any time for any reason, and will promptly refund 100% of any & all payments; and may at his discretion offer a reschedule with a discounted rate, or a capable replacement artist to cover for him at your event. Or offer free services in the future to make up for any necessary cancellations. Client agrees not to slander or leave bad reviews anywhere for artist cancellation. FORCE MAJEURE, ACTS OF GOD, AND WEATHER: No refunds for inclement weather. Client must provide "plan B," location. Due to Colorado's unpredictable and sometimes volatile weather patterns; it is the Clients responsibility to plan around & ahead for such weather. We all live in Colorado, and know how the weather is. NO CANCELLATIONS FOR WEATHER.
